Q: How much do your vehicles cost?
A: In order to accurately answer this question, we do require a few details from you. In order to get an exact quote, just give us a call and our agents will ask you a few questions to custom build your quote. We'll need to know the date, time, and location of pick up, and the time and location of drop off. We'll also need to know how many passengers you'll need to accommodate so we can price an appropriately sized vehicle.

Q: What kind of amenities can I expect from your party buses?
A: We believe that our vehicles have the highest quality features in the industry. Your experience begins with amazing granite top bar areas which you will find filled with ice so that you can add your favorite libations. The leather wrap around seating is so comfortable you won't want to get up when you reach your destination. Your group will enjoy the unique hardwood floor with dancing pole which is always a great way to get the party started. But of course, to dance you need some great tunes flowing and our vehicles have ipod connectivity with a high quality speaker system that will absolutely blow you away. And we can't forget about the flat screen high definition screens with DVD capabilities. And last but certainly not least, your experience begins and continues with LED color changing lights in every direction.

Q: Is there a cut off date and time in terms of when I can reserve a vehicle?
A: No, as long as the bus that you want is available, you can reserve any time. We operate 24/7, but keep in mind that all of our vehciles are rented on a first come first serve basis.

Q: What is the difference between a limousine and a party bus?
A: To put it simply, a limousine is the look that you are probably very familiar with. It is usually a long white car that has a classy appearance. A party bus is a full equipped bus with all of the awesome amenities mentioned above. It also has stand up room and allows you and your group to move about which is important to many people.

Q: Do you ever offer any discounts?
A: Not usually. Our prices are carefully set to be very competitive and offer the highest value. We do have shorter packages that we offer during the day if that works out with your plans. But one thing we can assure you is that you will never find hidden fees. That kind of practice goes against our company policy and how we feel our customers should be treated.

Q: Is it alright to smoke and drink on the bus?
A: Yes and no. Providing that everyone on board is 21 or over, drinking is absolutely allowed. In fact it is one of the big reasons for renting a party bus. But we do not allow smoking at all. We want to keep our vehicles in the highest quality condition possible for all of our patrons.

Q: How do I go about deciding which vehicle is best for me and my group and the event that we are renting it for?
A: There are a number of factors that enter into this decision. Your best way to make an informed decision is to contact one of our knowledgeable customer service representatives. They are your best source in terms of finding out what you need and matching those needs with the best vehicle choice.

Q: If we hire Orlando Party Bus to take us to Walt Disney World Resort or Universal Studios Resort, will we continue to be charged your hourly rate for the time that we're at the resort even though we're not actually using the bus during that time?
A: Most of our customers who are going to Walt Disney World Resort or Universal Studios Resort, or any other attraction where you'll be there for the entire day or multiple days, hire us for pickup and dropoff services only. This will save you a substantial amount of money, and still give you the luxury and convenience of traveling in our immaculately maintained party buses!

Q: Do all of your flatscreen TVs feature HD antennas for live television, and can we really watch live TV while we're on the bus?
A: All of our buses feature flatscreen HDTVs, and you can see which ones feature HD antennas on our vehicles page. These antennas do pull in live broadcasts from HD channels, but note that this only works when the bus is parked. When the bus is in motion you can enjoy whatever DVDs you decide to bring with you. Movies, home movies, music videos, your favorite shows, presentations... anything that you like.

Q: Do you provide any alcohol to us, and if not, can we bring our own onto the party bus?
A: Orlando Party Bus is not allowed by law to provide our customers with alcohol, but you are more than welcome to bring your own on board! In fact we have built-in bars and coolers specifically for that purpose. Our buses feature built-in cup holders to prevent any messy spills on the road, and we provide ice and cups so all you need to bring is your favorite drinks. Beer, wine, liquor, juice, tea, coffee, water... anything you like can be kept on ice and enjoyed in between your exciting destinations!

Q: Is a deposit required?
A: In order to reserve a vehicle, yes we do require that you make a deposit. Vehicles are rented on a first-come first-serve basis, so we are unable to hold a vehicle without a deposit. Our agents can explain the amount required when you call!

Q: Are there bathrooms on your party buses?
A: No, we do not have bathrooms on any of our vehicles. However, we do allow unlimited stops to allow for bathroom breaks anytime, anywhere.

Q: Once our trip begins, are we limited in any way in terms of where we go or how far we go?
A: The short answer is no. Our policy is unlimited stops and unlimited miles.

Q: Do we need to provide an itinerary?
A: No, we don't demand it, but it is certainly helpful. Our drivers are equipped with GPS and they are also very experienced so either way you will get where you are going.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept traveller's checks, credit or debit cards, or cash to the driver on your date of service.

Q: Do you only operate during certain times of the year?
A: No, we are available all year long, 24/7 for your transportation pleasure.

Q: Can we bring food onto the party bus?
A: We encourage you to bring any type of food that would increase your enjoyment. Just keep in mind that you will be responsible for reasonable cleaning.

Q: What is the expected tip from our driver?
A: Tipping is not required. Our drivers are paid an hourly wage and is figured into your bottom line price. Of course, you still have the option of tipping when your trip is complete, but you will not be asked or required to give one.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No, we repudiate the whole idea of hidden fees.

Q: Is it alright if we bring our own music and dvds to play on the party bus?
A: We welcome you to. You will have full access to our premium concert quality sound system complete with CD/iPod/MP3 inputs.

Q: What if we are having such a good time on our trip that we would like to extend our time?
A: As long as the bus has not been tagged for an event where it needs to get back to the shop, you are certainly free to continue your good time
